adrian@warnock.info. Kings Community Church St AlbansIn November 2002 Dave Rigby became the fulltime leader of the new Kings Community Church St Albans (KCC) in Hertfordshire. Dave had previously been the leader of Kings Church Brentwood He is well loved by us at Jubilee as he has served us by caring for our leaders and preaching regularly. There are a number of other newfrontiers King's Churches including King's Church Ilford which is the closest geographically to Jubilee Church.
